Bunyawat Wittayalai School Marching Band was founded after Bunyawat Wittayalai School in 1898. The band has gone through many changes over the years. The significant change was turned military band to the first brass band of  Northern Thailand in 2003 and turned to Brass Marching and Concert Band in 2005. Another change from the band's early beginning was the slow but continual introduction of color guard into the band program. Color guard first entered the band in 2006. During Royal Flora Ratchaphruek Expo (2006-2007). The band has also had 100+ members, including fan club and another  Thailand marching band network. These band members took great pride in leading one of the finest marching bands in the nation.

    As always, the Marching Band performs at Bunyawat Wittayalai school sport games. The band also has its own paved practice field. In addition, the band holds an annual Indoor Concert at Bunchu Tritong Auditorium, and performs in Lampang Parade down Pahonyothin Avenue, at an occasional festival and celebration. All students who's become marching band members are required to register at the official marching band at Keeratikhun building.
